What if the scan misses a field?
Tap the field and type it in. Always check the customer and vehicle details before signing.
Do I need special equipment?
A compatible phone or tablet with a camera and internet connection is enough to try QuickScan. We'll check your device during the demo. Dedicated barcode-scanner support has not been verified yet.
Does it replace my smog equipment?
No. QuickScan handles customer intake and estimate paperwork. It does not perform smog tests or determine pass/fail results.
What happens to the scanned photo?
Photo processing happens on your device. The customer and vehicle information you save, along with the signed estimate, goes into your shop's ledger.
